I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean rooms at the hotel. The pull-out couch was perfect for my two young kids to share, and the overall comfort exceeded my expectations. The friendly and helpful service, coupled with the convenient location, made my stay enjoyable. However, the dining experience could use some improvement in terms of value for money and variety.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were like a home setting, which was wonderful after a long flight into BWI, but unfortunately, a noisy neighboring room disrupted my rest late into the night. The service, especially from the dining room staff and shuttle drivers, was top-notch and very friendly. However, there was an issue with the cleanliness of our room as it was not serviced despite our request to the housekeeper. The location was convenient being close to the airport, but the lack of nearby eateries and complimentary breakfast was a downside.
